Do what you gotta do.

My house is a starter home. About 1000 square ft, just enough for my husband, two pups, Dylan & me. Before my little peanut arrived his room was storage/guestroom/meditation room. I had my own little space for silence. Well of course a totally worth it sacrifice was made when we converted it into our little man’s nursery. It has been almost 6 months that I have not had a space and I needed to change it. So we have a generally large living space thats open. I took the liberty of negotiating with my husband to do some rearranging so I can have 4 square feet of the house for me. Initally I was just going to have one of those mosquito net thingys to hang from the ceiling but I didnt love it so I took a risk, ordered one of those cute teepees I see for baby playrooms. I ordered some meditation cushions and string lights… and made my space. The teepee and cushions arrived ! Me and the little man have a dedicated meditation corner for our practice. It may look odd to future company, but sometimes you just do what you gotta do.
